Toledo Punch recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Toledo Punch, with sugar, soda water, lemon juice, cognac, mint, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, Champagne, brandy, claret and white rhine wine.

Mixing instructions, directions, method:
Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl. Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste. Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water. Add a block of ice. Serve in wine glasses.

Ingredients:
450 g sugar
1 liter soda water
2 1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 liter cognac
mint sprigs
2 washed, sliced oranges
1/2 diced pineapple
5 – 6 washed, halved strawberries
seedless grapes
225 cl Champagne
50 cl brandy
150 cl claret
150 cl white rhine wine

Serve in a Punch Bowl
